Vibe Resume

Terms of Service

By using Vibe Resume (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the tools.

The Service

Vibe Resume offers free, browser-based tools that help you turn a resume or profile into web-ready content. The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. The "publish your resume" feature is rolling out in phases — reserving a handle does not guarantee a delivery date for the live page.

Your content and output

You keep ownership of everything you put in and the output you generate. You're responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and accurate, and for how you use the results. We don't claim any rights over your resume or generated material.

Our intellectual property

The Service itself — including its source code, design, layout, text, graphics, and the "Vibe Resume" name and branding — is the proprietary property of Vibe Resume and is protected by copyright and other laws. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to copy, modify, distribute, host, resell, or create derivative works of the Service or any part of it. You may use the tools for their intended purpose to create your own content; you may not reproduce or operate the Service, in whole or in part, for yourself or others without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

Paid AI credits

The About-Me and Case-Study tools offer an optional paid AI engine beyond the free weekly quota. AI credits are sold in one-time packs (no subscription) and processed by Razorpay. By purchasing credits you agree to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The free template engines and free weekly AI quota are unaffected and remain available without payment.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, or discontinue tools at any time, and we may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Resume is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
