Is it really free, and do I need to sign up?
Yes, it's free, and no signup is needed to get your score or the next step. You only create an account if you want to save your score and track progress over time.
Is my résumé stored anywhere?
No. If you paste your résumé, it's read in your browser to compute the score and is never uploaded to a server. Nothing about you is stored unless you choose to create an account.
How is the score calculated?
It weighs six areas — profile/résumé, role fit, core knowledge, aptitude, communication and job-search ops — for your target role. Areas you skip lower confidence, not the score, and nothing you self-report alone can push you into the 'ready' band. The number is deliberately floored, so it under-claims rather than flatters.
It says my weakest area — what do I do about it?
Every score comes with one concrete next step routed to a free tool or a quick on-page drill. Fix that, and your score recomputes with the points named.
Do you have free aptitude practice for campus placements?
Yes. Aptitude is one of the six areas, and if it's holding your score back you get a free 5-question aptitude drill — quantitative, logical and verbal — right on the page. No signup and no payment, and it draws a fresh mix of easy, medium and hard questions each time so you can practise repeatedly.
What does the core-knowledge drill cover for my branch?
The core-knowledge drill is branch-aware. Computer-science freshers get data structures, algorithms, OOP, DBMS/SQL and operating-systems questions; commerce freshers get accounting, Tally/GST, financial statements and ratio analysis; every other branch gets a general fundamentals set. Five quick questions per run, sampled fresh each time and graded instantly.
Which roles and branches does it support?
Three tracks today — software engineering for CS/IT, finance and accounts for commerce, and a general track that covers every other branch. Your degree suggests a track, but you can pick whichever role you're actually targeting.
