Refund & Cancellation Policy

Most of Vibe Resume is and will remain free. The only paid feature is an optional pack of AI generation credits for the About-Me and Case-Study tools. This page describes how refunds and cancellations work for those credits.

Credits are non-refundable once granted

When your payment is captured, the corresponding credits are added to your account immediately and are non-refundable. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time on either the About-Me or Case-Study tool.

Payment captured but credits did not appear

If your bank shows the payment as successful but credits did not appear on your account within 30 minutes, email support with your payment reference and the email you used to sign in. We will reconcile the account manually or refund the payment in full.

Cancellation

Credit packs are one-time purchases — there is no subscription to cancel and no recurring charge to your card. You can stop using the service at any time. Deleting your account (from your account page) removes your data including any unused credit balance.

Failed or duplicate charges

If you were charged for an order that failed, or charged twice for the same order, please contact support within 7 days. We will work with Razorpay to reverse the charge. Note that some banks display authorisation holds as completed charges; these typically reverse on their own within 5–7 business days.

Disputes

Please reach out to us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank — almost all issues can be resolved by email faster than a formal dispute, and at no fee to either side.

Free tools are unaffected

All non-AI tools, the template-based engines, the publish flow, and your existing free AI quota remain free. This policy only governs paid credit packs.
